Easy Gluten Free Chicken Tenders (Low Fodmap)
These homemade chicken tenders and easy to make and so much better than anything you could find in the frozen aisle! Plus, they are gluten free and low fodmap.
- 1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Grab two shallow bowls. In one bowl, beat the egg.
In the other bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, and spices together.
One by one, dip the chicken tenders into the egg and then into the flour mixture.
Place on the parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is 165 degrees internally
